Information Collected while Using the Application
In order to provide the technical matching and automated application features of Our Application, We may collect, with Your prior explicit permission:
* Information regarding your location (to filter job openings and candidates by region).
* Pictures, videos, and other information from your Device's camera and photo library (specifically for profile verification, introduction videos, and technical skill demonstrations).
Automated Job Applications and Data Sharing (Core Service)
Level2 is a recruitment platform that connects skilled trades professionals (Job Seekers) with Employers. Our platform operates on an automated matching system designed to accelerate the recruitment process.
For Job Seekers (Automated Applications):
By creating a technical profile, selecting a specific profession, and activating your account, You explicitly acknowledge, understand, and agree that our system will **automatically submit your profile, technical background, and uploaded videos** as an job application to active job listings posted by Employers that match your chosen profession.
* This automated application process runs continuously for the duration of your 1-year profile subscription.
* You are explicitly prompted to give active consent regarding these automated actions during the profile creation screen before any data processing or payments occur.
For Employers (Candidate Sourcing):
When You post a job listing on the Service, our system will instantly display and grant access to the verified profiles, technical background data, and skill videos of Job Seekers whose professions match your job criteria.
* Employers agree to use this candidate data strictly for internal evaluation, screening, and interview scheduling purposes.
Use of Your Personal Data
The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:
* To provide and maintain our Service: Including managing the automated matching algorithm, processing automated job applications, and monitoring the usage of our Service.
* To manage Your Account: To manage Your registration as a user of the Service and grant access to profession-specific user profiles.
* For the performance of a contract: The development, compliance, and undertaking of subscription/listing purchases made by You through the Service.
* To contact You: By email, telephone calls, SMS, or mobile push notifications regarding updates, automated application statuses, or mandatory security alerts.
* To manage Your requests: To attend and manage Your requests to Us.

* With Employers / Job Seekers: Job seeker profile data and videos are automatically shared with employers when an automated application is triggered by the system. Employer job details are displayed to matching candidates.
* With Service Providers: We may share Your information with third-party service providers (such as secure payment processors and cloud storage providers) to facilitate payments and maintain application infrastructure.
* For legal requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
Retention of Your Personal Data
The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use Your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
