Welcome to Level2. Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the Level2 mobile application (the "Service") operated by Level2 ("us", "we", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

1. Description of Service

Level2 is an international recruitment and automated job application platform designed to connect skilled trades and technical professionals ("Job Seekers") with employers ("Employers").

The Service provides automated profile matching and continuous job application submissions based on the criteria, profession, and technical qualifications provided by the users.

2. Automated Job Application System (Crucial for Job Seekers)

By registering as a Job Seeker and activating your technical profile, you explicitly acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following automated features:

* Automated Submissions: Our system will continuously and automatically submit your profile, resume details, and uploaded videos (Introduction and "Prove a Skill" videos) to active job listings posted by Employers that strictly match your selected profession.

* Continuous Matching: This automated application process runs continuously throughout your active subscription period.

* Active User Consent: You are required to give explicit in-app confirmation before activating your profile. By confirming your specific profession, you declare that you possess the necessary licenses, certifications, and skills required for that role, and you authorize Level2 to submit automated applications on your behalf.

3. Employer Obligations and Commitments

By registering as an Employer and listing a job opening on Level2, you agree to the following terms:

* Candidate Evaluation: When you post a job listing, the system instantly matches and displays the verified profiles and technical skill videos of relevant Job Seekers.

* Data Usage: You agree to use the candidate data, videos, and contact information obtained through Level2 strictly for internal evaluation, screening, and hiring purposes. You may not sell, share, or distribute candidate data outside your organization.

4. Subscriptions, Fees, and Payments

Level2 operates on a paid subscription model to maintain its automated recruitment infrastructure.

* Job Seeker Activation Fee: Job seekers pay a non-refundable, one-time fee of approximately \$1.00 USD (or equivalent local currency) to activate their technical profile and enable automated job applications for a duration of 1 year.

* Employer Listing Fee: Employers pay a non-refundable fee of approximately \$3.00 USD (or equivalent local currency) to publish a job opening on the platform for a duration of 30 days.

* No Guarantees: While Level2 guarantees that your profile will be automatically applied to matching job openings, we do not guarantee employment for Job Seekers or successful hiring for Employers. Fees paid are for the use of the platform's automated matching technology.

* Refund Policy: All purchases and activation fees made within the application are final and non-refundable, subject to applicable local consumer protection laws.

5. Accounts and Profile Accuracy

* You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating your account. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.

* Job Seekers are entirely responsible for the validity of the technical skills, credentials, and video demonstrations they upload. Providing false information or misrepresenting professional licenses will result in immediate account termination without a refund.

6. Intellectual Property and Video Content

By uploading videos (Introduction or "Prove a Skill" videos) to Level2, you grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and display these videos strictly to prospective Employers within the platform to facilitate your job applications.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Level2, its founder, or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, project delays, equipment damage, or workplace incidents arising out of your use of the Service or any recruitment outcomes.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service and the automated job application system will immediately cease.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
