Level2 is a system that automatically applies to job postings on behalf of job seekers. Job seekers download the Level2 app to create a resume, and then Level2 begins working on their behalf. It analyzes the job seeker’s resume and automatically applies to every job posting that matches the resume on the job seeker’s behalf. It does this continuously, even while the job seeker is sleeping. To put it simply, this is how Level2 works at its core, but in reality, Level2 offers countless invaluable benefits. A product must solve a problem to be valuable and unique. Let’s take a look at what Level2 solves. Before Level2, job postings were published. Every employer would post their job listing on their own website or wherever they deemed appropriate. If the job posting was highly visible, it would receive applications in proportion to its visibility. It would receive hundreds of applications, both relevant and irrelevant. If the job posting wasn’t visible enough, it would barely receive any applications—let alone relevant ones. Meanwhile, hundreds of thousands of job seekers had to spend their entire day monitoring the most popular job listing sites just to keep track of job postings. Yet, there are hundreds of thousands of people doing exactly that. Every job seeker applies to the same job posting. This leads to a flood of applications for those postings. Meanwhile, there are thousands of similar job postings that aren’t nearly as visible. Due to this overload, all applications except for the one that gets hired are rejected. Job seekers feel inadequate and burned out after being rejected from dozens of job postings without knowing why—and the fact that they still haven’t found a job only adds to the frustration. There are many countries beyond the most well-known ones. There are many cities beyond the most well-known ones. The job seeker is missing out on many opportunities here. Advantage 4: For Level 2 job applications, the job seeker applies to job postings first in their own city, then in other cities within their own country, and finally in other countries around the world. Job seekers manage these application processes. They can manage the cities and countries they choose to include or exclude. The list is organized first by their own city, then their own country, and finally on a global scale. The next advantage is that Level2 automatically applies to all job postings that match the job seeker’s resume. In other words, it first applies to job postings that specifically match the skills and qualifications the job seeker possesses, and then automatically applies to all other job postings that do not require advanced qualifications. For example, if a software engineer adds a driver’s license or piano-playing skills to their skills section, the system will first apply to software engineering job postings, then to assistant positions and other roles requiring those skills, as well as postings seeking a driver’s license, piano-playing skills, and any other job postings—such as security, protection, and courier roles—that match their resume. Job seekers can customize these settings by choosing to include or exclude specific criteria. Advantage 5: The system automatically applies to job postings first in your own city and within your own profession, then in your own country and within your own profession, followed by all job postings in your own city that meet your qualifications, then all job postings in your own country that meet your qualifications, and finally, globally, first within your own profession and then to every possible job posting. We ask them to record a “Prove a Skill” video to demonstrate that area of expertise. If someone claims to know Spanish, we want them to speak Spanish in a video. This way, they’ve proven that skill. For a heavy equipment operator, we want them to demonstrate their skill by creating a video where they operate the equipment and discuss the nuances of its use. This is not a burden for job seekers—it’s an opportunity. It helps you stand out from the thousands of people who claim to know Spanish. We want those who truly know it to deserve it. Advantage 6: Stand out from other job seekers by proving your skills and get ahead. Level2 aims to utilize every skill and ability to the fullest without overlooking any. We know that a single A4 page isn’t enough to fully represent job seekers. That’s why at Level2, resumes are supplemented with videos. By creating an introductory video, job seekers can talk about themselves and their goals in just 30 seconds. This helps employers determine if you’re a good fit for their team during the hiring process. Prove your skills and showcase your abilities. Use your reading list to demonstrate your research in your field of expertise, your determination, and your growth. And of course, include your basic information and career history. The Level2 resume has a dynamic structure. You can update it at any time. In fact, updating it periodically to highlight your career growth demonstrates to employers that you are determined and consistent. We’ve made the Level2 resume as personalized as possible.
